Barsano Law provides each client with a secure portal for the exchange of documents. This page explains how to access your portal, what to expect when you sign in, and how to reach the firm should you require assistance.
Your portal is private to you and has its own web address, which the firm sends you by email when your access is opened. There is no software to install and no password to create. If you have misplaced your portal link, please contact us.
Your portal contains two folders.
Documents the firm has provided to you, including drafts for your review, copies of signed originals, and court records. Documents may also be accompanied by a description to assist with future reference.
You will receive an email whenever we add a document, so there is no need to check the portal on a schedule.
Documents you provide to the firm. Material placed here comes directly to us and stays within the firm's secure systems. We recommend using this folder to send us sensitive personal and financial information, such as account statements, tax returns, and identification documents.
We will receive a notification whenever you upload a document.
Our clients span a wide range of ages and levels of comfort with technology, and we accommodate all of them.
If you need help with any part of the portal, whether signing in, uploading a document, downloading one, or anything else, please contact us. We are glad to walk you through it, however small the question.
The portal is offered for your convenience and is not a requirement. If you would prefer to send or receive documents by mail, by fax, by email, or in person, arrangements can be made. We would rather adapt to what suits you than let the technology stand between you and your matter.
